Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a financial services location.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and/or local responders as appropriate.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify concerns for follow-up.; Monitor access points, observe visitor and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations according to post instructions.; Support day-to-day operations by preparing incident documentation, following post orders, and assisting with security-related inquiries in a professional manner.
