    Traffic Control Flagger

    Pay: $18–$20 per hour (DOE) Location: Portland OR Schedule: Temporary or Direct Hire Opportunities

    We are seeking dependable and safety-focused Traffic Control Flaggers to join our team. This position offers both temporary work and potential direct-hire opportunities with our client. Flaggers play a critical role in maintaining safety at construction sites and road projects by directing traffic and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

    Responsibilities:
    • Direct traffic safely through construction and work zones
    • Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control equipment as needed
    • Communicate clearly with crew members, drivers, and pedestrians to ensure safety
    • Follow all safety regulations and company procedures at all times
    • Represent the company and client in a professional and reliable manner
    Qualifications:
    • Must be 21 years or older
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving and criminal record
    • Traffic Control Flagger Certification preferred but not required (we can assist with certification)
    • Ability to stand for long periods and work in various weather conditions
    • Strong communication and situational awareness skills
    • Reliable transportation to and from job sites
    • Clean Driving Record and Criminal Record
