Traffic Control Flagger
Pay: $18–$20 per hour (DOE) Location: Portland OR Schedule: Temporary or Direct Hire Opportunities
We are seeking dependable and safety-focused Traffic Control Flaggers to join our team. This position offers both temporary work and potential direct-hire opportunities with our client. Flaggers play a critical role in maintaining safety at construction sites and road projects by directing traffic and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Direct traffic safely through construction and work zones
- Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control equipment as needed
- Communicate clearly with crew members, drivers, and pedestrians to ensure safety
- Follow all safety regulations and company procedures at all times
- Represent the company and client in a professional and reliable manner
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving and criminal record
- Traffic Control Flagger Certification preferred but not required (we can assist with certification)
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and situational awareness skills
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Clean Driving Record and Criminal Record
