Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, screening access at entry points, and supporting security-related protocols for an automotive location.; Monitor and document the arrival and departure of personnel, guests, deliveries, and/or vehicles, helping to control access to authorized areas in accordance with post orders and location policies.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to supervisors, site contacts, and/or emergency responders when appropriate.; Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, parking areas, production-adjacent spaces, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report maintenance, access, and/or policy concerns.; Complete logs, reports, and other required documentation related to visitor management, credential checks, key control, and/or security-related incidents in a timely manner.
