Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions; Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site policies, assisting with badge checks, directional support, and escalation of security-related concerns when needed; Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence, providing assistance during employee and visitor interactions, and communicating clearly during routine activities and/or emergency situations
