Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, property policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter locations, as conditions vary by site; Monitor access points and property activity to help to deter unauthorized entry, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations within the location; Support day-to-day operations at a commercial real estate location by communicating with property management, assisting with directional needs, and reporting maintenance and/or life-related issues observed during patrols
