Duties/Responsibilities:

• Placing standard and emergency orders

• Securing Vendors and Communicating with sales representative

• Dispatching local trucks

• Sorting and saving driver paperwork

• Receiving supply pricing

• Problem solving skills

• Operate in high stress situations

• Handle high volume of emails and calls

• Maintaining repeat orders

• Reporting Customer Gallons

• Maintain Customer Portals

• Maintain good relationships with customers and vendors

• Securing equipment as needed

• Customer, Vendor and Department support

• Other jobs as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Dispatch experience

• Available to work long hours and overtime during emergencies

• Operate in high stress situations

• Handle high volume of emails and calls

• Solid written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

• Excellent organizational skills

• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

• Strong customer service skills

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Schedule:

• 2/5 Rotating Schedule: Wednesday & Thursday one week and Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, & Sunday the next week. Hours Monday- Thursday will be 7:00 PM - 8:00 AM and Friday-Sunday 6:00 PM - 7:00AM.
