    Ignite Digital Services has an exciting opportunity for an Acquisitions Specialist in our Charleston, SC office. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is a motivated self-starter, with excellent attention to detail, who can perform a variety of functions under competing deadlines.

    Responsibilities:

    * Manage full lifecycle acquisition activities and requirements for assigned programs, ensuring alignment with Department of the Navy priorities and mission needs.
    * Develop, review, and manage program acquisition documentation, including procurement packages, statements of work, cost estimates, and supporting artifacts in accordance with FAR/DFARS and DoD policies.
    * Manage and track program PRs and associated funding actions within ERP and AMS to ensure accurate obligation and execution of funds.
    * Manage program risks within the project management tool and processes and actively engage stakeholders to implement risk mitigation strategies, tracking risks to closure
    * Assist with technical and business analyses and reporting for assigned projects
    * Compile weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports using Microsoft (MS) Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    * Evaluate current processes/procedures and develop recommendations for process improvement to improve team performance
    * Assist in development of stat operating procedures, policies, and document templates

    Minimum Qualifications

    * Bachelor's degree
    * Minimum six (6) years of Federal contract management experience, to include: Development of program acquisition documentation, data collection, and analysis. Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures
    * Demonstrated strong writing skills including the ability to synthesize information into clear, concise messages both for detailed analytical reports and executive summaries
    * Demonstrated experience developing analysis to support programmatic decision-making
    * Experience managing funding and procurement actions with Navy ERP Project Systems module
    * Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise reports and executive summaries

    Preferred Qualifications:

    * DoD security clearance
    * Experience supporting DoD/Navy systems acquisitions programs
    * Experience with a NIWC Atlantic program
    * A proven ability to multi-task, manage time, and organize/plan
    * Demonstrated attention to detail and quality-oriented approach

    Salary:100k+ dependent on education and experience

    Schedule: While the position will begin as an onsite role for training and rampup, there is potential for it to transition to a hybrid schedule afterward.

    Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
