Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a public outdoor cultural location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns and documenting relevant details according to Allied Universal guidelines; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout walkways, gathering areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report maintenance, lighting, and/or access concerns; Monitor visitor activity and public spaces for policy compliance, provide directions and assistance as needed, and support orderly operations during events, peak attendance periods, and/or special programs
