Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or members of the public while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activity and communicating with site contacts and/or public agencies as needed; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior; Monitor access points and verify credentials, permits, and/or visitor authorizations in accordance with site protocols while reporting irregularities and policy violations; Support emergency and public assistance efforts by providing directions, managing access during heightened situations, and following post orders related to government operations and security-related concerns
