The City of Henderson announces an examination to create an eligibility list and to fill one (1) vacancy for the classification of Crime and Intelligence Analyst I in the Department of Police. The eligibility list may be utilized to fill vacancies for this classification for up to one (1) year. Under general supervision, provides routine crime and intelligence analysis work in support of law enforcement activities requiring the application of basic data research and analysis principles; and performs related duties as assigned.
Compensation: The range for this position is between $32.31 - $49.26 per hour. Compensation offers will not exceed $49.26 per hour under any circumstances. Salary placement for non-represented positions is based on a comprehensive compensation review and takes into consideration the candidate's qualifications as well as internal equity.
Work Schedule: Standard shift assignments include a four (4) day work week (Monday - Thursday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm) and three (3) days off (Friday - Sunday.) This position may be required to work an alternative or flexible work schedule, outside of normal business hours, which may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and/or extended hours.
