Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a commercial real estate location; Monitor front desk activity, greet incoming guests, manage visitor check-in processes, and communicate access procedures in a professional manner; Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through proper channels when needed; Observe lobby and entry activity and report unusual behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related issues to property management and appropriate personnel; Support day-to-day front desk operations by answering questions, coordinating with building contacts, and maintaining accurate visitor and incident documentation
