    Administrative Support Assistant - Compliance and Investigation Bureau

    HOW THIS POSITION SUPPORTS THE DEPARTMENT'S VISION:

    The Compliance and Investigation Bureau front office seeks an energetic and motivated individual to join our team. This position offers room for growth and professional development.

    Responsibilities - What you'll do

    DUTIES PERFORMED TO SUPPORT THE DEPARTMENT'S VISION:
    • Assist with the day-to-day operations for the Bureau such as answering calls from citizens or other stakeholders
    • Assist with managing calendars, scheduling, managing and tracking equipment issues, and preparing personnel documents
    • Fiscal note review, response, and tracking
    • Prepare and mail/email/fax office correspondence
    • Other duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • One to three years of relevant experience
    • Possession of a high school diploma or GED certificate
    • Detail oriented and have excellent organizational skills
    • Ability to learn new tasks quickly
    • Work with team members and the public on a variety of issues
    • Exceptional customer service skills
