Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and help to de-escalate concerns involving patients, visitors, and staff; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns; Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific protocols, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel; Complete routine reports and document security-related incidents, observations, and/or response actions in a clear and timely manner
