Security Officer Visitor Processing Specialist

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a utility location.; Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and credentials, and document visitor, vehicle, and contractor access in accordance with post orders and location requirements.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help identify potential concerns and report security-related issues.; Support screening and checkpoint operations, maintain accurate logs and reports, and follow established protocols for deliveries, keys, and restricted access areas.
