Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a public transportation location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout stations, platforms, facilities, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations; Monitor access points, restricted areas, and public-facing spaces while maintaining a visible presence and following post orders, use of force guidelines, and applicable government location protocols; Support crowd management, assist with directional information, and communicate professionally with the public and/or client representatives during routine operations, service disruptions, and emergency situations
