Team Elmer's seeks to fill several openings for Traffic Regulators in Traverse City, MI. This position will direct traffic for road construction crews and are responsible to protect the lives of our customers, motorists, fellow employees, and themselves on the roadway. Traffic regulators hold a paddle with "Stop" on one side and "Slow" on the other which they use to help indicate to motorists to slow down, stop and pass through the work zone. Traffic Regulators often work in conjunction with other Traffic Regulators. At times, they will use the assistance of two-way radios, orange barrels, cones, vehicle placement, and other devices which they position alongside the roadway.
