Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related activities at the location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help identify and report suspicious activity and/or site concerns; Monitor access points and help confirm that only authorized individuals, vehicles, and/or deliveries enter designated areas in accordance with site procedures; Document daily activities, incidents, and/or observed conditions in required reports and help support emergency response activities when appropriate
