Fire Watchman / Site Laborer
Ensure the safety of welding structural framework on the exterior of a building in Manhattan by closely monitoring all welding activities. Perform general labor tasks on large scale commercial job sites.
Monitor welding operations to ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed.
Watch over the welding structural framework to prevent and address any potential hazards.
Maintain a constant presence in the designated area to ensure the safety of personnel and property.
Perform construction general labor tasks on job site including moving tools and materials, site clean up, etc.
Possession of F60 & G60 certifications.
Completion of OSHA 30 and SST (Site Safety Training) courses.
Must have experience working on large scale construction sites performing site labor or doing fire watch
Join a two-year project with the potential for future job site opportunities, ensuring continued professional growth and stability.
Work outdoors on the exterior of a building, requiring alertness and adherence to safety protocols in a dynamic environment.
This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY.
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
