Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services when needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, trailer yards, parking areas, loading and unloading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or delivery information, and report suspicious, unauthorized, or policy-related issues according to post orders and Allied Universal guidelines.; Support day-to-day operations by completing incident reports, maintaining logs, and communicating clearly with supervisors, site personnel, and/or visitors regarding security-related matters.
