Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following site protocols and reporting procedures.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to identify unusual activity and/or potential issues.; Monitor access points, observe visitor and staff activity, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.; Support a professional environment by assisting with routine inquiries, documenting daily activity, and communicating clearly with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
