Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related screening, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a busy retail location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, using de-escalation techniques and following armed post protocols.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential security-related concerns.; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support loss prevention efforts, observe suspicious behavior, and report findings to site leadership and/or law enforcement when needed.; Complete required reports and documentation related to incidents, patrol activity, and security-related observations, while maintaining professionalism and strong communication with customers and store personnel.
