Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, badge verification, and other security-related policies at a logistics and distribution location; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, log visitor and vehicle activity, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas, loading zones, and operational spaces; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate; Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for unusual activity, unsecured doors, trailer yard concerns, and other security-related conditions; Support shipping and receiving area access by checking deliveries, directing foot and vehicle traffic, and documenting relevant security-related information according to site procedures
