Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Monitor and control access points by verifying credentials, checking visitor and delivery documentation, and documenting arrivals, departures, and/or restricted area access; Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership; Support vehicle, trailer, and/or pedestrian entry procedures by directing traffic flow, reviewing required paperwork, and reporting unusual activity or access concerns; Conduct regular and random patrols around access control areas, dock entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter, as required by site conditions and post instructions
