Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with supervisors and/or local authorities as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, employee spaces, access points, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access, verify credentials when required, and report policy violations or suspicious behavior; Support transportation operations by assisting with crowd management, directional assistance, and/or public interaction while following Allied Universal standards and location procedures
