Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government transportation location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols of terminals, public areas, exterior spaces, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions; Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify authorized entry when required, and document security-related observations, incidents, and/or policy violations; Assist travelers, visitors, and staff with directions and general information while maintaining awareness of site activity and communicating concerns to the appropriate personnel
