Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including situations that may require an armed presence in accordance with post orders and applicable guidelines; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, verify access as directed, and document security-related events, observations, and incidents according to site procedures; Support emergency and medical response efforts by assisting with scene control, directing people during urgent situations, and communicating with supervisors, staff, and first responders as needed
