    About Our Client

    Our client is a leading energy and infrastructure solutions provider with a strong track record of delivering federal projects. They are currently engaged in a multi-year government contract and are seeking a QC Specialist to ensure compliance, safety, and quality across all phases of construction.

    Job Description

    As the QC Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining construction quality and compliance with federal standards. You'll work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and government representatives to ensure all work meets contract specifications.Key Responsibilities:
    • Implement and manage the Quality Control Plan in accordance with USACE and NAVFAC guidelines.
    • Conduct daily inspections and maintain accurate quality documentation.
    • Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely submittals and approvals.
    • Use QCS and eCMS software to manage quality reporting and compliance tracking.
    • Lead preparatory meetings and follow-up inspections with stakeholders.
    • Identify and resolve quality issues proactively to avoid delays.
    • Support safety compliance in collaboration with SSHO when needed.
    • Assist in project closeout and final quality documentation.

    A successful QC Specialist should have:
    • A strong understanding of quality control processes in the construction industry.
    • Proficiency in interpreting and applying construction blueprints, specifications, and regulations.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to address quality challenges effectively.
    • The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
    • Strong organizational skills to maintain detailed records and documentation.
    • A commitment to staying current with industry standards and best practices.
    What's on Offer
    • Salary: $100,000 - $115,000
    • Benefits: Healthcare, 401k match, and up to 20% bonus
    • Location: Washington DC (commutable within 1 hour)
