Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, lobbies, parking areas, and the perimeter, noting and reporting access issues, hazards, and/or suspicious activity; Monitor entry and exit points, help to deter unauthorized access, and follow visitor, delivery, and credential verification procedures for a fast-paced technology-focused location; Support incident reporting and routine operational needs by completing required logs, reports, and observations, and by relaying relevant information to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management
