Summary
The DHS Implementation Service Specialist implements Getinge Digital Health Solutions (DHS) products for Getinge customers. The position is trained to assist with implementation of T-DOC. Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties Under the guidance of the Project Manager, participate in onsite and remote DHS projects. This includes but is not limited to: Preparing for and configuration of a system setup. Installation of T-DOC server software Configuration of T-DOC SQL database Working with OR, SPD, IT, and other departments as needed in a professional manner. Provide excellent technical support either onsite or via remote services, as needed. Ensure adherence to company quality system processes, protocols, and SOPs. Establish and maintain positive and cooperative working relationships with customers and colleagues, conducting themselves in a professional and responsible manner at all times.
