Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, shipping and receiving areas, parking lots, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and vehicle traffic, verify entry and exit activity as directed by site procedures, and assist with visitor, contractor, and/or delivery check-in processes.; Support day-to-day location operations by maintaining a visible presence, communicating professionally with staff and guests, and reporting maintenance, operational, and/or security-related concerns.
