Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities across the location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with supervisors and/or local responders when needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols of campus grounds, academic buildings, residence areas, parking locations, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.; Monitor access points, observe for policy violations, and assist with directing foot and vehicle traffic during classes, events, move-in periods, and/or other high-activity times.; Support a welcoming educational environment by providing directions, answering questions, and reporting maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior through appropriate channels.
