    Consultant / Senior Consultant – Public Sector

    We are expanding our team to support a growing portfolio of program, policy, and evaluation work across state government. As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact client engagements by serving as a trusted advisor, workstream lead, or engagement manager depending on your experience. You'll work on a variety of initiatives such as rural health transformation and healthcare delivery innovation, public policy and regulatory analysis, human services programs including childcare and Medicaid, health technology and data-driven modernization efforts, and broadband and infrastructure program development. This is a full-time W-2 role with flexible hybrid work arrangements available. Fully remote arrangements may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

    Status - Full-time

    Compensation - Salary for this position is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's experience, expertise, and qualifications.

    Technical Skills and Knowledge You Bring to the Role
    • Experience working in or with government, public sector programs, or highly regulated environments.
    • Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring structure to complex challenges.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills across diverse audiences.
    • Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
    • Ability to synthesize data and insights into clear recommendations.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and disciplines.
    What You'll Do
    • Partner with clients to define problems, structure workstreams, and deliver actionable solutions.
    • Lead or support stakeholder engagement, including interviews, workshops, and decision-making sessions.
    • Analyze qualitative and quantitative information to inform recommendations.
    • Develop clear, compelling deliverables including reports, presentations, and strategic plans.
    • Manage timelines, priorities, and dependencies across project workstreams.
    • Translate complex policy, operational, or technical concepts into practical, implementable solutions.
    • Build strong client relationships and contribute to long-term partnership success.
