Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a utility location; Respond to incidents, alarms, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with supervisors and/or local responders as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential hazards or maintenance concerns; Monitor access points, verify credentials where required, and report suspicious behavior, trespassing, and/or policy violations in accordance with post orders; Support routine operations at the location by maintaining a visible presence, providing directions and assistance, and completing required reports, logs, and incident documentation
