Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a technology-focused location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.; Monitor access points and visitor activity, helping to support authorized entry procedures and reporting policy violations, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns.; Support day-to-day operations at the location by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with directions and/or questions, and following post orders for assigned patrol areas.
