Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including situations that may require an armed presence consistent with post orders.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.; Monitor entry and exit points, observe customer traffic and high-value areas, and report suspicious activity, policy violations, and/or potential hazards to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.; Support loss prevention and asset protection efforts by documenting incidents, assisting with de-escalation, and maintaining a visible presence during business hours, opening, closing, and/or overnight operations.
