Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or emergency services as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance-related concerns; Monitor access points and visitor activity, helping to verify authorized entry, support guest check-in procedures, and report suspicious behavior and/or unauthorized persons; Support a professional residential environment by assisting with routine security-related inquiries, following post orders, and reporting incidents, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts
