Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns; Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, verifying credentials, observing deliveries, and reporting unusual conditions, equipment issues, and/or policy violations; Support Allied Universal and site management with incident reporting, shift activity logs, and routine observations related to security-related procedures, operational activity, and/or facility rules
