Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location; Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or first responders as needed; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report maintenance, lighting, and/or access control concerns; Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, verify credentials when required, and support access control processes for tenants, vendors, contractors, and/or visitors; Prepare accurate reports on daily activities, incidents, and unusual conditions, and follow post orders and Allied Universal standards while maintaining a professional presence
