Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a commercial real estate location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting relevant details according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns; Monitor access points and visitor activity while communicating clearly with property management, tenants, and/or emergency personnel regarding security-related matters; Support daily operations at the location by observing conditions, addressing routine questions, and helping to deter unauthorized activity through a visible patrol presence
