Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting activity to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property, including common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor access points and property activity, assisting with visitor interactions, resident concerns, and/or policy-related questions in accordance with post instructions; Support security-related operations by maintaining a visible presence, communicating clearly with residents and/or authorized personnel, and following site protocols during routine and unusual events
