Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout government buildings, grounds, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and/or potential policy violations.; Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with location protocols, while assisting visitors, staff, and vendors with directions and general questions.; Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence, communicating with site contacts and/or public personnel, and following post orders related to government facility operations.
