Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to site contacts and/or Allied Universal management.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.; Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and general assistance, and help to support an orderly environment within the location.; Observe and report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior encountered during patrols, and follow post orders for escalation when needed.
