About the Role
As a Traffic Control Attendant, you'll be the first point of contact for hundreds of churchgoers arriving for worship. Your presence helps create a smooth, welcoming experience by ensuring vehicles move safely and efficiently throughout the parking areas.
What You'll Do
- Direct vehicle flow into, out of, and around the church parking areas
- Maintain a safe environment for both drivers and pedestrians
- Provide clear, respectful communication to guests and team members
- Monitor traffic patterns and adjust as needed
- Represent the church with positivity, patience, and professionalism
