Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and/or faculty by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with school personnel and/or first responders as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout campus buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify unusual activity and/or potential security-related concerns.; Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor activity in accordance with location policies, helping to support an orderly environment during school hours and/or special events.; Support daily operations by reporting maintenance issues, policy violations, and other concerns, while following Allied Universal standards and location-specific post instructions.
