Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution location, including interior areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter boundaries as assigned; Monitor access points and observe on-site activity to help to deter unauthorized entry, unusual behavior, and/or disruptions to daily operations; Support site personnel with reporting, de-escalation, and other assigned duties related to security-related operations and customer service expectations
