Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service at a government location by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, unauthorized access, and/or conditions requiring attention; Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and contractor activity in accordance with location protocols, reporting concerns and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel; Support daily operations by completing required reports, maintaining a visible presence, and following Allied Universal standards along with site-specific directives
