Job Description - Oversee all phases of federal construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Manage on-site teams, including subcontractors and vendors, to ensure safety and compliance with project specifications.
- Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide project execution.
- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project updates.
- Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with federal construction regulations and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant A successful Commercial Superintendent should have:
- Strong knowledge of federal construction regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience managing construction projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documentation.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus.
