    • Provide 24/7 operational support for both internal and federated users globally, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
    • Perform routine monitoring, updates, and patching of the Skype for Business infrastructure to ensure reliability and security.
    • Migration Planning & Execution:
    • Develop and execute a migration plan for moving all users and services from legacy Skype for Business environments to SfB SE.
    • Plan, coordinate, and implement the migration of all persistent chat rooms to the new environment with minimal impact to end users.
    • Ensure migration activities are performed seamlessly with minimal downtime or disruption to the global enterprise service.
    • Optimization & Performance Tuning:
    • Continuously monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring high availability, reliability, and quality of service.

    • Provide technical expertise and support during migration phases, ensuring alignment with business and communication needs.
    • Legacy Services Decommissioning:
    • Oversee the removal of legacy Skype for Business services once all users and persistent chat rooms have been migrated successfully to the new platform.
    • Document all migration steps, configurations, and decommissioning procedures to ensure clear audit trails and compliance.
    • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Maintain up-to-date system documentation, including architectural diagrams, migration plans, and troubleshooting guides.
    • Provide regular reports on system health, performance, and migration progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.

    • Problem Solving:
    • Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex communication infrastructure issues.
    • Ability to quickly identify root causes of system failures and implement effective solutions.
