Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location; Respond to incidents, alarms, medical calls, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting conditions to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout production areas, parking areas, shipping and receiving zones, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Control access to the location by checking credentials, monitoring entry and exit points, and assisting with visitor and/or vehicle screening in accordance with site protocols; Support incident response and post orders by communicating with local authorities when needed, completing required reports, and helping to maintain order during operational disruptions and/or emergencies
