Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, trailer yards, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify security-related concerns.; Monitor access points, gates, and shipping and receiving areas, verifying credentials, screening visitor and/or vehicle activity, and reporting discrepancies according to site procedures.; Support the orderly movement of people, vehicles, and deliveries by observing site traffic patterns, following post orders, and reporting hazards, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
